Lowbelly is a dachshund puppy from Gumby: The Movie. He is Gumby's new pet dog, replacing Nopey who gets caught by the dogcatcher, and has a unique ability to cry pearls. The reason he does so is because of Gumby changing shape.
In the 2017 comic book series, he is shown existing concurrently with Nopey, as one of Gumby's two pet dogs.
