Tara is a fan of Gumby's music. She is a big fan and eventually becomes Gumby's girlfriend. She first appeared in Gumby: The Movie (1995), and is the tritagonist of the 2017 comic series.
Appearance[]
Tara's whole body is a light blue color. She wears a light blue dress with a yellow T on it, standing for Tara. She has black hair at shoulder length.
Gumby: The Movie[]
In Gumby: The Movie, Tara is a big fan and the lead singer of The Clayboys. She goes to their concert with her friend Ginger. She helps Gumby defeat the Blockheads and eventually becomes his girlfriend and their new lead singer.
Comics[]
In the short-lived 2017 comic book series, Tara is promoted to tritagonist, to the point that the blurb on the back of the first issue lists her in front of Prickle and Goo, both of whom had been part of the series longer than Tara. The series depicts Tara as being very adventurous, as the first story of the first issue sees her, Gumby, and Pokey launching on a crossbow towards some spiked blocks (much to Pokey's dismay) within a mobile game, and later try to drag Gumby off on an adventure to the moon after the latter told her about the events of "Moon Trip".
